Pre Mercury Retrograde and Increased Energy!

How have you been sleeping? The energy lately has been turned up a notch.

As someone who has been experiencing the energetic shifts before they happen for the collective for a few years. I can tell you from the last few months I know it's been a wild ride.

There is so much clearing at a collective level and can be easy to be sucked into the 3D matrix of life.

FEAR NOT

There is a change happening, a new outlook, a beginning that looks unlike any other. Yes, the shifts that are happening now are here to show us where in our life we are out of alignment

This shows up a few different ways.

1. Physical Pain - whether its random pain out of nowhere or something you have been dealing with for years....or even since you were a kid. It's all a sign that the body has been trying to speak up and show you the next area of your body and emotion to heal. The body is soo intuitive and yet as humans we just think the pain will go away .... sometimes it does and other times...well it's ready for us to make the 3D change. I love investigating both my physical pains/ailments as well as my clients. It never ceases to surprise me how much we can learn if we just slowed down to listen. From chronic fatigue (holding on to and investing energy into disappointing circumstances and the fatigue surfaces to not have to deal with the trauma) to kidney stones (holding onto resentment and anger especially around boundaries) it's a way to navigate through the symptom into alignment!

2. Mental Exhaustion & Overwhelm - Hello to the overthinking, people pleasing, can't get my mind off it people. When I have gotten stuck here its like I have blinders on and can't do anything else. It is procrastinations best friend and I can put blinders on to everything I "should/could" be doing and stay in a loop of if this one thing could have changed. Now how can I get out of it? Well bringing it back to the body, back to where we put our energy both physically and mentally. Once the momentum starts going into overwhelm for the day the only thing to do is to get off that train and put your time and energy into where you desire to go. You wouldn't continue driving to LA if you were headed to Florida right...so you have a choice here and sometimes its easy to spot the exit and sometimes you see the sign LA 100 miles away. No matter what you have the control to get off.

3. Increased Emotions - When I am out of alignment, I am testy...short and can find areas where I just ignore people. Not the best. But these emotions are coming up to clear out (and if they don't they move into the first two above and we don't want that. So how about understanding what those emotions are really trying to tell you so you don't have physical pains, mental overwhelm and just a much happier life.

Client's Spontaneous Wrist Healing

I witnessed a spontaneous healing in front of my eyes last night! We ended our impromptu session with the words "If I had $1,000 cash right now, I would give it to you"

In a world where the impossible becomes reality, imagine a thought, an energetic touch that not only soothes the pain but instantly heals, a power that defies the laws of nature and grants immediate physical restoration.

This is what happened by the end of our session. I met this client at dinner and could physically see how she was unable to utilize her left wrist as much as her right one. There was limited mobility and physical pain.

Watching this unfold before my very own eyes was unreal.
Based on our dinner conversation I wanted to give her some tools before we met next. So we walked over to a grassy spot by the ocean.

As I started to empower this individual with ancient wisdom on cleansing and protecting her energetic field, the magic started.
There was a bit of stuck energy as she was moving her hands so she spoke up. I empowered her with some wisdom, that she is powerful and she can do this. I also added in there to increase the amount of light she was bringing in.

Since I could sense the stagnant energy I told her I would assist. As I followed my hands in removing this stuck and stagnant energy, her energy became brighter and vibrant. She even started jumping up and down. It appeared she was waving at me, and it was just then I realized what happened.

Her wrist could not move and twist in ways it could not just seconds before during this exercise. It really was a miracle. I followed up with some additional energy at the end of the session as she felt her wrist get stiff.

And even then she felt the shift in the wrist before my eyes watching her twisting and turning it to match the mobility of the other wrist.

Sometimes when the magic happens before our eyes it can be easy to dismiss. This time it was hard to deny!

Witnessing this happen after just watching my ankle heal the day before has me excited to do this more often.
