Releasing Control: The Key to Embracing Your True Power and Divine Support

The more in control I try to be...the less in control I am. The less supported I am by the universe.

The more that I lean in,

the more that I see myself,

the more that I feel my body,

the more that I lean into my intuition,

the more that I slow down.

It's not only when I feel safer, but I become more supported by the universe. Around me, I become more grateful for the little things that become the big things.

The deep support of friends of family, the abundance and nourishment, from the trees around me with the oxygen, with the fruit, the water as it cleanses and clears my body. The wind as it cools me down and takes all of the worries away with it

This is your reminder to lean in to those feelings that have been repressed for so long.

There has been a lot of light flooding this planet and it's been confusing and grounding isn't working anymore because these deep feelings are ready to be released

There is a new way of healing that is being birthed

If you've been in the spiritual world long enough, you will notice that there has been a falling of different shamans, spiritual gurus, different teachers, because they've been infiltrated with lower vibrations and those lower vibrations have been infiltrated by the people who've listened, done those meditations and more

And so when they have fallen or someone falls in the future. There's a lot of internal questioning that happens in our own minds and bodies.

What was true?

What was not true?

Who can you believe?

Who can you trust?

The thing is that trust in ourself is the most important trust to cultivate and to be able to get to trust, it is taking away layers and layers of programming of entanglements of people pleasing of codependency of other peoples of thoughts, beliefs, society, family, all of those thoughts. And beliefs that are not yours., beliefs that do not belong to your soul and are not aligned with your soul's mission

This has been a huge process of me coming home to myself over the last few years of shedding, of deepening, this connection with myself deepening the connection with my intuition with my body.

And deepening, my connection to self love

We are at a pivotal time on this planet, and I'm so excited to birth new healers without that programming
